I stumbled upon this post about “The Gold Standard” in regards to hydrogen water, and I have to say, I’m a bit intrigued. I’ve heard a lot about the benefits of hydrogen water, but I’m curious to know more about what makes it the “gold standard”.
Firstly, can you explain what you mean by “The Gold Standard”? Is it a term used to describe the highest quality hydrogen water, or is it just a marketing term? I mean, don’t get me wrong, I love a good bit of marketing, but I also want to know if I’m actually getting the best quality for my money.
From what I gather, hydrogen water is said to have a range of health benefits, from reducing inflammation to boosting energy levels. I’m all for taking care of my health, so I’d love to know more about the science behind these claims. Are there any studies or evidence to back them up?
My personal experience with hydrogen water has been limited, but I do remember trying it a while back and feeling a bit of a difference in my energy levels. Of course, it could have just been a placebo effect, but I’d be interested to know if there’s any truth to these claims.

You’re absolutely right; when it comes to water supplies, water filters, and purifiers, Enagic is the gold standard. But I didn’t know about Enagic company and its products until I started searching for the best water purifiers.
At first, I also thought that they didn’t have an outlet here in my country. I was surprised and elated to know that they are readily available on Shopee and Lazada, two of the most popular online shopping sites.
